The Eat for Life Course

My approach to eating recovery coaching is encapsulated in the Eat for Life Course. This online, live and guided 10-week course is designed to empower individuals like you who have struggled with chronic dieting, binge eating, stress eating, compulsive eating and negative body image. This course offers a holistic and sustainable approach to taking better care of your body, mind, and spirit, and is based in mindfulness training.

*The Eat for Life Course is safe space for those who have completed a residential program/PHP/IOP for binge and compulsive eating.
