Welcome….

I am a certified yoga therapist and eating recovery coach.  My mission is to teach people how to live a more joyful and connected life through practicing the slow movement arts such as yoga, qigong, and mindful eating. 

I serve a diverse community of students from all walks of life, some of whom are battling anxiety, disordered eating, and/or chronic dieting.

I teach mindfulness techniques and skills that help people regulate their nervous systems, manage daily life stress, strengthen both body and mind, and achieve freedom from disordered eating, chronic dieting, and restrictive eating patterns.

  • I have studied qigong with Satya three times a week on Zoom for five years. She is a gifted teacher who presents with warmth and clarity. I highly recommend her classes. They benefit me personally and professionally. I have learned to slow down and be more grounded and centered in my body.
