I am a certified yoga therapist and eating recovery coach. My mission is to teach people how to live a more joyful and connected life through practicing the slow movement arts such as yoga, qigong, and mindful eating.
I serve a diverse community of students from all walks of life, some of whom are battling anxiety, disordered eating, and/or chronic dieting.
I teach mindfulness techniques and skills that help people regulate their nervous systems, manage daily life stress, strengthen both body and mind, and achieve freedom from disordered eating.
